• KYC and identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years after closure;

• Technical and usage logs: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, unless required for longer for security or legal purposes.

11 Children's Privacy

The jackpotph Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. jackpotph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jackpotph becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete the personal data, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required. If you believe that jackpotph may have collected data from a person under 21, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately.

12 International Data Transfers

jackpotph primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines — for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC verification services — jackpotph will ensure that such transfers are carried out in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Specifically, jackpotph will only transfer personal data internationally where:

• The recipient country provides an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the National Privacy Commission; or
• Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC; or

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jackpotph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or regulatory requirements. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this page.

Where changes are material, jackpotph will notify registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the jackpotph Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
